Shipping Policy

All Orders will be shipped out on the 10th of each Month via Canada Post Expedited Shipping.  If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday they will be shipped out the next business day.  Tracking will be emailed to you at time of shipment.


If anything we’ve sent you isn’t to your satisfaction, we’ll take the item back free of charge if it meets the following conditions:

  1. Unused and in new condition*
  2. Returned within 365 days of purchase
  3. If consumable, it hasn't yet expired

If a product is broken or defective we will of course replace it or offer you a full refund at no charge.

**To be considered unused products must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers.

If a Product is defective, you may return it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. To request a refund, please contact us at admin@cleancarbox,ca. When returning Products, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the Products are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the Website. All refunds are subject to our shipping, return and exchange policies.  Please note credits resulting from the monthly charge are only available up to 30 days past the date of the charge. Refunds are at the sole discretion of
